From the office to remote in 48 hours, Marco Cecconi, Intelligent Hack

Italy was one of the first countries to be hit by COVID-19 and its lockdown was one of the hardest as well. At the time I was consulting for a company, iSolutions, that was full office-based. I will talk about how it was possible for us to successfully move the whole company of 70 people from in-office to remote literally over a weekend.The move was successful, lead to no drop in productivity, higher employee satisfaction and now the company has a remote-first approach to work, even though many decided to go back to the office while respecting COVID-19 precautions.
