Ynsect is a France-based startup which aspires to build the greatest insect-farm in the world, in order to save it. Researches have shown that until 2050, the world's population will dramatically increase, and that fact brings a possible danger of food shortages. The company's goal is that their insects will manufacture food ingredients. That goal just closed a 316M Euro C round for them, which brings the company to a total raising amount of 361.4M Euro altogether.
