First exit of 2021? Spetz.io was acquired for $5M
American company Paradox.ai has acquired Spetz.io for $5M, according to anonymous sources. Spetz.io has developed a platform to recruit employees in digital channels, since it was founded in 2017, under the auspices of the ZELL entrepreneurship program of the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. The company has raised a total amount of $750K from both Fusion LA – a venture-backed accelerator for Israeli startups in the US, and GoAhead Ventures. The company works with key customers from both Israel and the US including IKEA and sodastream.
The medical startup which raised $105M in series B round
Bayer’s VC arm was the leader of the Series B investment round in Senti Biosciences company, a biotech startup, which has now doubled its funds’ amount, less than three years after its $53M Series A round. The technology developed by the company is called “gene circuits” and is applied specifically on CAR-NK cells, a growing area of interest for the Oncological community.
